Sign a PDF without printing it, on your phone or computer
A contract or form arrives by email and needs your signature today. Printing, signing, scanning and sending back takes time and often gives a crooked, blurry result. You can sign the PDF directly instead.
Step by step
- Open Sign PDF and drop the document.
- Create your signature: draw it with your finger or mouse, type your name in a handwriting font, or upload a photo of your signature.
- Tap where the signature should go. Resize it to fit the line, and add it to other pages if needed.
- Save the signed PDF and send it back.
Good to know
- This is a simple electronic signature, accepted for many everyday documents (leases, school forms, delivery notes). Some legal acts require a qualified certificate-based signature instead.
- Your signature image never leaves your device.
- Need to fill in text fields too? Use Fill PDF form first.
Questions
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw the signature with your finger directly on the screen.
Can I reuse my signature?
