About this tool
Metadata is what people see in file properties and what search engines show as the title of your PDF. Correct it before publishing, or clear it to remove personal names from shared files.

Questions
Why does metadata matter?
Search engines use the PDF title in results, and document properties can reveal who created a file.
Does this change the pages?
No. Only the document properties change.
Is Convert Magician really free?
Yes. All tools are free to use without an account. The site is funded by advertising, which is why you may see ads around the tools.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Processing happens in your browser. The only thing downloaded from our server is the tool itself; your document is never sent anywhere.
